Scenarios

What is a scenario?

A scenario provides a single actor with all the information they need to prepare to the play the character for the conversation being practised. And for AvatarJo to cast your actor.  Please use our scenario form to generate a pdf and then add this to your booking.

A good scenario will provide

  • Work and relationship information.

  • Specific history relating to the conversation taking place.

  • Ideas, concerns and expectations of the actors character.

  • References to life interests or hobbies.

  • Provide reference links to any relevant information for the sector, scenario or circumstances.

Training Event Overview

What is an Training Event Overview ?

An Training Event Overview is added to bookings usually when you are running an event of some sort, online or in person, and typically there are multiple attendees/ specific requirements for exams, timings and format of a group training event. This is all the information you need the actor to know that is not related to the scenario. Including location information if face to face.

A good Training Event Overview provides

  • Clarity of the purpose of the event

  • Description of attendees/learners

  • Timings

  • Learning Objectives

  • Housekeeping like - break out rooms

  • Venue address, if face to face.

  • Contact details of organiser.

  • Anything that allows the actor to attend your event successfully to support your goal.

  • If providing your own video meeting link. YOU DO NOT ADD THE  JOINING LINK to this form, that goes into the booking.
