Sarah Green
CEO
Sarah's passionate about many things, but helping people create win-win conversations for work or life, is where her expertise has been established. Sarah is a former stage theater director and Associate Lecturer at Falmouth University, teaching Agile for the Games Academy, Acting for the acting Academy and communication skills for the Cornwall Business School. Working with the NHS teaching consultation skills for the past 25 years has led to the creation of AvatarJo, where scenario based learning meets online technology, allowing Sarah to combine her creative skills alongside her NLP knowledge. When not working on AvatarJo, Sarah is an terrible, but enthusiastic, surfer and enjoy-er of the sea in her home town of St Ives in Cornwall.
Beth Clarke
Head of Actor Services
Beth is a master at making sure all of our actors are superbly cast and prepared. Beth is a natural educationalist and service designer, who takes an active role in all our services offered, as well the role of mentoring our junior producer and events team members. Beth applies all her skills as a trained actor, critical thinker and interest in mental health therapies to all aspects of her work at AvatarJo.
Dr Matt Bull
Clinical Director
Matt has co-designed our trainee GP services, and helps guide and craft all clinical aspects of the scenarios we use.
Matt is a GP at Three Spires Medical Practice in Truro, Cornwall. He worked with us to develop the first via video CSA/RCA practice service. Our working partnership was initiated by a grant from EPIC, the e-health fund.
Jackie Nash
Experience Team
Project Manager
Jackie's role in the Experience Team Project focuses on client account management, ensuring every client has a first class experience from beginning to end. Jackie's career spans account and project management in Fortune five hundred companies, and building a business that scaled into five countries, and whereby she established seven global teams. Jackie is happiest doing work that improves people's lives, whilst developing the team of people around her, which resonates so brilliantly with the win-win conversations AvatarJo clients are seeking to have. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Jackie is spearheading the national and international growth of AvatarJo services via exceptional client satisfaction.
Carla Chivers
PA & Junior Producer
Carla is PA to Sarah Green, and is brilliant at supporting everybody in the team from comms to marketing to social media. She has recently been promoted to the role of Junior Producer for all our live online training events, which requires nerves of steel and great attention to detail.

Tramaine Berry
In-House Graphic Designer
Tramaine has been able to craft her graphic design skills with AvatarJo since arriving on a work placement whilst at Falmouth University over 5 years ago. However, her brilliant brain and amazing work ethic, has meant that she has also been completing her Masters degree. Tramaine provides graphic design support across marketing, comms and learning resources.
